This set of barn doors is a combination of old / reclaimed, and new and shiny.  The 100 year old reclaimed heart pine wood frames are banded in hot rolled steel.  The mahogany wood insert panels are made of boards recovered from an old boat.  The holes in these panels are from hinges and handles that were attached to them in their previous life.  After a bit of planing and refinishing, they have a new life in this set of bathroom entry doors.  We chose to couple all this ‘old’ with a new set of hand crafted polished stainless steel scroll work panels, adding just the right amount of shine to make these doors pop.  Add low profile polished stainless handles, bronze rollers, and  seeded glass behind the scroll work, and you have a one of a kind set of doors!
